In the video, Eilish can be seen sprinting up a corridor. She disclosed that the video will be available on June 6 at 9 a.m. PT.

With Eilish singing in her signature gentle tone, “Chihiro,” a reference to the protagonist of the well-loved Studio Ghibli movie Spirited Away, with a thumping tune and the lines “Today, maybe tomorrow/ Open the door for me/ I know you said before/ You can’t cope with it no more.”

The 10-track album is Eilish’s third studio album, following 2019’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and 2021’s Happier Than Ever, both of which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It was produced, as usual, by the pop star’s brother and frequent partner, Finneas.
