Deputy Education Minister of Ghana Lauds Staff in Schools Amidst COVID-19

The Deputy Minister for Education and Member of Parliament for Bosomtwe Constituency, Dr Osei Yaw Adutwum has commended all staff currently in various schools across the country despite the novel coronavirus.Dr Osei Yaw Adutwum

President Akufo-Addo speaking in his 14th televised nation’s address on Sunday, July 26, 2020, followed by Georgeweb.org disclosed that over seven hundred and fifty thousand persons, comprising students, teachers and non-teaching staff are in Junior High Schools across the country.

Following the number of staff in various schools, Dr Osei Yaw Adutwum has commended them of their good work in the wake of COVID-19, saying that they should continue the yeoman’s job; and state, society and posterity shall never forget them.

He also reminded (both WASSCE and BECE) and the Gold track students in various double-track schools that the ‘battle’ has not ended, adding that they should keep their guards until they cross the finish line.
