Barbra Magoha, the wife of the late former education CS George Magoha has spoken for the first time following the professor’s death.
Magoha’s wife first public appearance
Barbra was spotted at the Lee Funeral home, dressed in a colourful skirt suit, carrying a brown handbag as she entered her Toyota V8 car after viewing Magoha’s body.
She was accompanied by relatives and friends.

One of the relatives who had converged at the posh morgue, condoled with Barbra, whom e referred to as aunt, and responding to him, the heartbroken widow said:
“I tried to call you…It is okay, such is life. We soldier on.”
Magoha and Barbra, a Nigerian, were happily married for almost 41 years and were blessed with a son, Michael, who is a medical practitioner.
Magoha died at The Nairobi Hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Magoha’s last words
Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Magoha had a premonition of his death and he knew his time to leave this earth had come, his close family friend disclosed.
The former CS collapsed at his home and he died moments after admission at the Nairobi Hospital earlier today, Tuesday, January 24.
Information shared by his friend Walter Mwanda indicated that Magoha told his wife to call their son and daughter-in-law.
“He had a premonition and told his wife I suppose but you will get it from her that his time had come and he was happy everything was done. He then asked the wife to call the son and the daughter-in-law,” he said.
Magoha’s death comes barely a month after he lost his brother Alex in the USA. Alex’s body is set to arrive in the country ahead of his burial slated for Saturday, 28.
