Mamfe Methodist Girls’ whips Adisadel College to Become First Lego League Robotics Champions

Methodist Girls’ Senior High School, Mamfe, in the Eastern Region of Ghana has trampled over 14 different schools at the just ended First Lego League Robotics Championships held at the Galaxy International School in Accra

According to a report sighted on Supadupanews.wordpress.com, the Mamfe Methodist Girls’ SHS won the robotics project segment and the overall trophy.

It is indicated that the girls’ school has become a force to reckon with when it comes to robotics in recent times and in this case, they won over the renowned Adisadel school which finished second in the competition.

Reports have indicated that the upcoming competition dubbed the First Championship will take place in Detroit, Michigan, USA from April 29–May 2, 2020.

It is reported that each country, which is represented at the FLL Final Central Europe would receive a ticket for the World Festival.

The tickets will be awarded to the best-ranked teams in each country. If the best-placed team refuses the ticket, the next best team in the country will receive the ticket.
