Nana Addo to address Ghanaians tonight as COVID-19 Cases hit 13,717

President Akufo-Addo will later tonight addressed the country for the on measures his administration has put in place to fight Covid-19.

Information Minister, Kojo Oppong-Nkrumah, announced this on Twitter Sunday.

The address, he stated will focus on the impact of easing of lockdown restrictions and measures being put in place ahead of re-opening of Senior High School (SHS) for final year students.

Meanwhile, Madam Gladys Amenya, the Hohoe Municipal Director of Education, has assured that second-cycle and basic schools in the Municipality are safe and prepared for reopening to final year students for their exit examinations.

She said Zoomlion Ghana Limited had undertaken fumigation exercises in all schools and that though the Directorate was yet to receive nose masks and other personal protective equipment from government as at the time of the interview, most schools had put safety measures in place.
