After the country reported its first Covid-19 occurrence, the update would be the President’s 18th address to the government. It will be shown on different media outlets at precisely 8:00 pm today, Sunday, October 18, 2020.
Mr Akufo-Addo during his last address to the nation on measures put in place to halt the spread of covid-19 extended by three more months the Executive Instrument (EI) making the wearing of masks mandatory. He said that wearing of masks, properly, will now be in force till Monday, December 14.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has said he is concerned about the welfare of Ghanaians hence he should be voted for in the December 7 elections.
Mr Akufo-Addo said he had demonstrated over the past three and a half years in office that he cares about Ghanaians especially the marginalized.
This is seen in the implementation of some pro-poor policies and programmes, he said.
