NSMQ 2020: Agogo State College returns to the Competition after disqualification in 2019

Agogo State College will be partaking in this year’s National Science and Maths Quiz after they were disqualified from the competition in 2019.

After the Balloting and launching of the preliminary stages of the NSMQ 2020 on Tuesday, Agogo State College will join other 20 senior high schools from the Ashanti Region for the competition.

Agogo State College will face off with Kumasi Senior High Technical School and Islamic Senior High School on September 17, 2020 in the Ashanti Region.

Contrary to previous practices, the event will see its preliminary rounds being held in respective regions, instead of in Accra.

The new development is geared toward reducing the expected number of people and the length of stay at camp.

The NSMQ was initially scheduled for
between June and July this year but was postponed to facilitate judicious containment of the global pandemic

There will be no studio audiences in throughout the program.
