A Tamale Secondary School (Tamasco) sports tutor named as Razak Alhassan popularly recognized as Starboy who allegedly raped a 16-year-old student has been dismissed by the Ghana Education Service, DGN Online has said.
An quote from a letter signed by the Deputy Director-General, Anthony Boateng read “management has agreed that Mr. Alhassan Abdul Razak’s position should be terminated. The recommendation was conveyed to the Board of the Ghana Education Service.
In fact, the letter suggested that a counseling session. be given to the victim alleging sexual assault.
Again, the letter instructed that Razak Alhassan’s official vacation letter should be sent to the District Director for records purposes, and a copy provided by the school on every partnership of the discharged instructor and withheld monthly earnings if not already completed.
Both the Nothern Regional Director of Education and the Municipal Director of Education, Sagnarigu have all been noticed to take the necessary action.
The Tamasco Sports Teacher, Starboy is currently at large after allegedly defiling the 16-year-old student.
Starboy was said to seduce the female student into his friend’s apartment at Sagnarigu, where he compulsorily had sexual intercourse with her. The source disclosed that the suspect gave the student GH¢20 after the enjoyment.
Sadly, a medical report indicates that the female student’s hymen was broken, which directly means she was a virgin.
To make things worse, the medical report further stated that the victim was at her menstruation period when Razak Alhassan vigorously had sex with her.
After DGN Online had broken the story, inhabitants of Tamale called for the immediate arrest of Starboy with others launching a manhunt for him but unfortunately, he went at large.
