Teaching Staff at Ada Senior High School receives PPEs from Ada MP

The Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ada constituency, Hon. Doyoe Cudjoe Ghansah, today presented some items to the staff of Ada Senior High school to protect them from corona virus (covid-19).

The items presented by the MP included face-shields, face-masks, boxes of hand sanitizers etc. Speaking to a session of the staff and students in the school during the presentation, the MP said the gesture is to boost the confidence of the teaching and non-teaching staff in performing their professional responsibilities and also to indicate her support to the staff in this difficult times of covid-19.

She asked the teaching staff never to get intimidated by reports of recorded covid-19 cases in other secondary schools. In his response, the headmaster of the school, Mr. Kojo Ayibor, was very thankful to the MP and promised that the items shall be distributed to all teachers in oder to protect them from contracting or spreading the pandemic should it ever be recorded in the school.

The Ada-East District Health Director, Dr. Boakye who accompanied the MP advice the staff to adhere to all the COVID-19 protocols as they go about their duties.

Hon. Doyoe Cudjoe Ghansah promised her continuous support to the school as well as staff and management of the school. The Ada constituency executives of the NDC and the immediate passed DCE of Ada-East District, Hon. John Nurudeen Ahortu also accompanied the MP.
