The authorities of University of Cape Coast have drafted a new Academic calendar for the 2020/2021 Academic year. The calendar which has kept students waiting whether they should report to school with the freshmen or not has clearly indicated that Freshmen,( Students who have been admitted for the 2020/2021 Academic year) are to report to school before the continuing students.

According to the communiqué, continuing students must register their courses on Monday, 4th January, 2021 online. Fresh students are to report to school on 9th January, 2021.
Freshmen have been encouraged to report before on the 9th of January, 2021 to be able to sort out accommodation problems even though they may apply online for one. This is because the school has had a long history of freshmen accommodation problems and the administration wants to curb these pressing issues.

Meanwhile, the calendar has indicated that, continuing students would report on Saturday, 16th January and begin lectures Monday, 18th January, 2020.
