UG 2020/2021 Admission Courses stated on your admission letter cannot be changed – UG Admissions Officer
Following the release of the University of Ghana admission list for the 2020/2021 academic year, some applicants upon gaining admission have complained that the University gave them courses they didn’t choose.
Speaking to a Correspondent of Univers TV yesterday, Mrs Yvonne Lartey, an admission officer in the University Ghana unveiled that students cannot change the programmes they have been offered.
She emphasized that, changes cannot be possible because admissions were based on a certain quota and once its full that is all.
Notwithstanding the change of programme, Mrs.Yvonne Lartey hinted that students who have gained admission into the University’s Campus Annex, thus City Campus cannot change their status to regular.
This came shortly after the release of the admission list where scores of students who have been offered admission from various colleges within the University moored their displeasure over the courses they have been offered by the University.
However, the University has announced her preparedness to accommodate the two Senior High School batch who completed WASSCE this year.
Whiles admission is ongoing, applicants are advice to keep their fingers crossed as students who met the competitive cut off points will be admitted by the University .
