UPSA To adopt LA Nkwantanang Basic school.
The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies , Prof. Okoe Amartey as part of his “Investing in our Communities” initiative will formally adopt the LA Nkwantanang M/A Basic School at Madina on Monday 10th February 2020 to become a part of UPSA as in the case of University of Ghana Basic School.
In a press released signed by the Public affairs directorate of the UPSA, a formal announcement will be made at the launch of the UPSA Community Academic Project at LA Nkwantanang M/A Basic School at Madina a project which saw the University organize free vacation classes for Senior High Shool students within the area in order to improve the academic performance of students.
As part of the 55th Anniversary celebration of the University, the Vice Chancellor will also use the opportunity to roll out a number of innitiatives aimed at improving the academic performance of pupils in the L/A Nkwantanang cluster of Schools.
