The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) following reported misconduct of some candidates and invigilators has outlined the Dos and Don’ts governing the conduct of the 2020 WASSCE for School Candidates.
The 2020 edition of West African Senior School Certificate Examination commenced on Monday August 3, 2020 across the country with prospective candidates sitting for Integrated Science Paper 1 & 2.
But, since August 1, there have been so many allegations levelled against the conduct of the national examination with others claiming the Akufo-Addo government has leaked the questions to the Free SHS beneficiaries.
Although the non-profit-making organization responsible for the conduct of the examination in a statement signed by their Head of Public Affairs, Mrs Agnes Teye-Cudjoe denied claims of the leakage, adding that it has reported the matter to the BNI, CID and the National security for investigations.
The Ghana Education Service (GES) in a similar statement said the alleged leaked questions are fake, advising the candidates to concentrate on their books and disregard any questions purporting on the internet.
