Hertha BSC investor and CEO of Tennor Maintaining B.V. Lars Windhorst has showed that he has agreed to promote his stocks within the Bundesliga membership to Miami-based personal funding company 777 Companions.
“777 Partners, a strategic investor in soccer clubs worldwide, and Tennor Holding have agreed that 777 Partners will acquire Tennor’s 64.7 percent stake in Hertha BSC GmbH & Co KGaA,” learn a commentary from Tennor.
“We are giving our Hertha shares to an internationally known football investor with a long experience. Hertha BSC can benefit greatly from this new shareholder,” mentioned Lars Windhorst.
“It brings not only financial strength, but also a lot of professional experience and an impressive network of international football clubs. The entry of 777 Partners is a step towards a successful future for Hertha BSC.”
“The transaction will be fully consummated following approval by Hertha BSC, which has a contractual right of first refusal on the shares,” Tennor additional wrote.
Hertha put out a commentary at the subject on Wednesday, pointing out:
“We are pleased with this news. Everything else will now be handled according to our agreement.”
777 Companions already owns stocks in Genoa, Sevilla and Same old Liege, amongst others.
